Feeling stuck, or like you can't turn your mind off? These feelings can happen when we are in difficult and stressed times. My goal is to provide a safe space to explore thoughts and feeling and develop strategies to address these. Together, we’ll explore tools such as thought reframing, challenging negative perceptions, strengthening communication and boundaries, cultivating self-awareness, and developing effective coping skills. I specialize in working with first responders, adults, and elder adults, tailoring my support to meet the unique needs of each group.
