Hello, I'm Dr. Panicha. I specialize in working with neurodivergent and 2SLGBTQ+ children, teens, and adults, including those who are late-identified or late-diagnosed. Many feel burned out from masking, misunderstood by providers, or harmed by compliance-based care. Clients want clarity, validation, and support that honors who they are, not pressure to “fix” themselves. As a queer AuDHDer and 1.5-generation immigrant, I often work with clients navigating identity, cultural expectations, anxiety, trauma, and the impact of systems that were not built with them in mind. I offer neurodiversity-affirming, liberation-oriented therapy and assessments. I do not aim to normalize or "fix" clients, but to understand how systems, culture, and environments impact their mental health. I work alongside my clients through culturally responsive care than centers their autonomy and lived experience.
