Welcome! I am a licensed therapist with a PhD in counseling and many years of experience, including 16 years as a high school counselor. I work with individuals of all ages—from adolescents to older adults—helping them navigate life’s challenges (anxiety, depression, career, relationships, etc) with compassion and practical solutions. Using a person-centered, humanistic approach, I meet you where you are and provide a safe, nonjudgmental space for exploration.
