It is my belief that every person requires an empathic, safe, & nonjudgmental environment to grow & flourish personally & interpersonally. My aim is to create an environment that helps clients feel safe, understood & accepted to openly explore the challenges that face them. Feelings of confusion, stagnancy, loss, & self-doubt are all manifestations of the multiple burdens each human being carries of their past, present & future. I help clients to identify & unload these burdens, examine them under a nonjudgmental lens, & take only what is useful to live a more fulfilling, interpersonally effective & self-trusting life.
