If you’re seeking a safe and compassionate space to process your concerns, strengthen your faith, and gain practical tools for daily living - I am here to help. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and a Doctor of Marriage and Family Therapy. I bring a clinically grounded approach to sessions, and I can incorporate a faith-based lens upon request. My practice serves adolescents and adults, providing individual, couples and family therapy. I bring a systemic and holistic approach to therapy. I recognize that each person’s well-being is deeply connected to their relationships, environment, and lived experiences. I draw from client-centered and cognitive-behavioral approaches to create a warm, supportive and collaborative space where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered.
