I was trained as a clinical scientist at UC Berkeley and have been dedicated to providing cognitive behavior therapy (CBT) in a compassionate, warm, individualized, flexible, and collaborative manner for over 10 years. Many of my patients are accomplished and highly intelligent people who are objectively doing well in their lives but experience feelings of shame, depression, irritability, trouble sleeping, anxiety, and difficulty managing their emotions. I am also passionate about working with parents and caregivers who are supporting a neurodivergent child or adult loved one.
