Counseling is a hard work process and my task is to help my clients through that work. With over 50 years of experience working and studying in the field I have worked with a huge number of clients with a variety of issues. I have experience working with addictions, personality disorders, depression, anxiety, domestic violence, parenting, ADHD, adolescents, sexual disorders, PTSD, and many more issues. My primary goal is to help teach clients how to take control of their lives on a daily basis. Basically, to teach them how to decide each day that it is truly a wonderful day to be lived to its best.
