Welcome! I'm Dr. Rachana Ali, a licensed psychologist, specializing in providing therapy to teens, young adults, and adults seeking to build self-esteem, find harmony in relationships, reduce feelings of worry, navigate motherhood/parenting, and discover healthy coping for stress. I also work closely with individuals of South Asian backgrounds. I use a relational- and person-centered approach to the work, meaning I lead with curiosity and believe in meeting people right where they are. This allows me to dive into deep-rooted beliefs about the self, others, and world, supporting individuals in developing insight about their lives.
