In the uncertainty of the country and trying to live daily life while getting “breaking news” notifications, I’m here to help process fears and allow you to release your anxious thoughts. My typical clients are adults navigating trauma, including complex PTSD and childhood trauma, relationship challenges, setting boundaries, and adjusting to new "normals." I offer immigration evaluations in California and Arkansas to strengthen immigration cases. Common goals that I work with are reducing shame and guilt, positive self talk, communicating more effectively, and learning strategies to cope ahead of a stressor.
