I work with adults experiencing depression, anxiety, conflicts in relationships, and uncertainty in overcoming life’s many challenges. I place equal emphasis on developing a warm, trusting therapeutic relationship and on the practice of intense listening. This allows us to discover and explore aspects of your self that have been hidden away as a means of coping with distress.
