Welcome! As a therapist, I work to provide a safe and non-judgmental environment for folks to feel comfortable exploring and applying growth and change. My goal is to support you in developing ways to adjust to or overcome stressors in your life. I work with each client together to address issues in a way they feel is comfortable, whether it is focusing on problem solving for current life challenges, or it is further exploration and identification of deeper issues. View 5 Photos In treatment the focus is on mindfulness within therapy and grounding the self as a tool to regain presence. When we are present in our lives we are happier, healthy, and less stressed. I was trained in Psychodynamic Theory at Wayne State, which focuses on the unconscious mental forces that individuals are unaware of, but drive emotions and actions.
