I provide treatment for individuals and families that have been challenged with facing everyday mood related struggles in addition to medical complications, sports related issues or relationship concerns. Together we work on decreasing the distress surrounding these concerns in order to provide more clarity and the ability to function optimally. More importantly I recognize that there are a variety of reasons why people seek mental health support and my goal is to create an atmosphere where these reasons can be explored to help improve one’s mental health.
