About

My approach to therapy is compassionate and client-focused such that I provide an individualized therapy experience for each person I work with. I integrate person-centered approaches with cognitive behavioral and existential principles to help people deal with a variety of symptoms and stressors. I use evidence-based practice to help people address their unique goals and work through any barriers that prevent a person from living their ideal life. My passion is helping clients across the adult lifespan from all backgrounds navigate the complexities of life. I have worked with adults on issues of anxiety, depression, complex grief, eating disorders and weight concerns, trauma, life transitions, relationship concerns, and a variety of others issues. I also have a passion for psychological assessment.
