Therapy should be a stimulating and engaging experience, helping one to reach greater levels of well being and self-understanding. I work with those struggling with mental health concerns, specializing in mood disorders such as depression and bipolar and psychosis spectrum disorders. My main goal is for you to leave my office feeling prepared to tackle whatever issue life throws your way. Treatment can be brief and solution-focused, or more intensive for those who wish to dig deeper. Either way, you determine the course of your treatment. I specialize in working with clients who may be experiencing psychosis, mood disorders (depression and bipolar) as well as trauma-related disorders such as PTSD and Narcisstic Abuse.
