My ideal client is psychologically minded and motivated to seek help, achieve emotional stability, and develop self-acceptance. I work with children, adolescents, and adults through comprehensive psychological and neuropsychological testing, brain mapping, neurofeedback, biofeedback, and psychotherapy to support recovery and personal growth. I provide evidence-based care for anxiety (OCD, panic, social anxiety), depression, ADHD, TBI, trauma, PTSD, bipolar disorder, personality disorders, and dementia. I also supervise licensed psychological associates in Maryland and am committed to mentoring and training future clinicians. I have extensive clinical & research expertise in testing/diagnosis of psychological problems and planning tailored interventions. I use an integrative approach incorporating CBT, DBT, mindfulness, brain mapping, neurofeedback, virtual reality therapy and psychodynamics tailored to the needs of clients. I do neuropsychological testing for diagnosis clarity.
