Do you wake up in the morning feeling empty, tired, and unmotivated? Are you seeking a more loving, meaningful, and harmonious relationship with your partner and your loved ones but don't know how or what to do to improve it? There comes a time when help is needed from a licensed professional. You are unique and so are our sessions. I specialized in trauma work, depressive symptoms, anxiety, grief, and issues that negatively impact our lives. My goal is to help you to heal your emotional wounds and guide you in your journey. I use an integrative holistic approach and often incorporate deep breathing meditation and mindfulness in my sessions.
