Finding and nurturing work and love relationships is an ongoing challenge. We balance many and varied demands on our time, energy and emotions, and meeting professional and personal obligations can leave little time to experience the joy of being connected to another. I am a licensed clinical psychologist with a specialization in relationships that began 35 years ago while earning my doctorate at Indiana University, the home of the Kinsey Institute, where I studied and researched human sexuality. I believe that owning our desires and actions and finding the meaning locked within them can reveal our deepest personal truths.
