I am a supportive psychologist who works in a body-based way. My work focuses on relationship problems and is client-led. Creating a safe environment, where these kinds of relationship issues can be explored is my purpose. The bulk of my caseload are practicing psychotherapists. One of my core beliefs is that you cant help a client work through something you haven't worked through for yourself. The best therapists are the ones who have done their own deep psychological work, and for me, that includes working on a body level.
