Many of my clients are first-gen graduates, BIPOC professionals, LGBTQIA+ individuals, and foreign service professionals. They are often driven, insightful, and resilient—but also carry the weight of feeling like outsiders in spaces where they are expected to excel. These challenges can lead to burnout, anger issues, feeling stuck, low self-esteem, depression, anxiety, panic, lack of belonging, and disconnection from one’s values and sense of self.
