At Ellie Mental Health, we’re here to support you in managing stress, staying motivated, and building resilience. Dr. Rosemary is a license-eligible psychologist who works with adults who are healing from complex trauma and difficult life experiences. She offers a supportive, collaborative space where clients can explore their stories, make sense of what they’ve been through, and begin to feel more empowered in their lives. Dr. Rosemary believes that healing doesn’t have to be rigid or overwhelming — it can also include moments of connection, curiosity, fun, and even laughter.
