As the owner of Antwine Counseling Clinic, I’m passionate about helping Individuals develop and embrace a strong sense of autonomy. I firmly believe that only you can give yourself permission to live the life you desire. I work alongside you to restructure negative thoughts and behaviors in effort to increase confidence, self-awareness, and control over one's own life. Throughout the therapeutic process, I maintain that the client is the expert of themselves. I promote open dialogue and demonstrate unconditional positive regards towards all. I hold space for the professional woman, AA woman, and anyone else who may be struggling. I hold a M.S. in Clinical Mental Health, Doctorate in Professional Counseling, and am a board approved supervisor for the state of Louisiana.
