I utilize an integrative and holistic approach, based on your personality, needs and area of concern. Therefore, treatment is different for each person. I see a wide variety of clients and issues in individual, couples/family, and group therapy. Whether it's divorce, life transitions, burnout, trauma or self-esteem issues, we will figure it out together.
