I am a bilingual therapist, mental health media consultant and Associate Professor at Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine. I provide compassionate, culturally affirming, evidence-based treatment for adults facing issues like caregiver stress, unhealthy relationships and discrimination. I work collaboratively with clients to define goals for therapy and develop tailored treatment plans. I help people build meaningful lives by teaching skills to recognize and affirm personal and cultural strengths and to manage negative thoughts and emotions.
