There’s wisdom in the ways we’ve had to be to survive - it’s important to honor that. Yet at some point, we can move beyond survival and into fuller living. I specialize in working with people who want to know their true selves more deeply, and those who want to break cycles (intergenerational or their own). Particularly trans/nonbinary, LGBTQ+, immigrants/children of immigrants, and BIPOC. I also support parents (especially of LGBTQ+ children or who are LGBTQ+ themselves), as well as men who felt “too sensitive” or had to be “strong” and want to explore a masculinity that’s right for them. I work with college/graduate students
