About

I am a Certified Sex Therapist and Licensed Clinical Social Worker. Additionally, I completed Marriage and Family Therapy training at Denver Family Institute and earned my PhD in Clinical Sexology at the Modern Sex Therapy Institutes. With 10+ years of experience, I have worked extensively with LGBTQIA2+ individuals and couples, polyamory, consensual non monogamy, out of control sexual behavior, kink, and many other sex related issues. I also love to use spirituality & mindfulness such as meditative & grounding techniques.
