I offer a collaborative, thoughtful approach in which we explore your experiences, support healing, and strengthen your clarity and agency. I provide psychotherapy in English and Arabic, working with individuals and couples navigating life transitions, grief, trauma, relational challenges, and identity concerns. My style is warm, grounded, and engaged. I offer practical tools when helpful, and invite reflection and change at your own pace. My work is rooted in trauma-informed care, cultural humility, and a deep respect for each person’s values and inner wisdom.
