I often feel as though I get to experience one of life’s greatest privileges - I bear witness to the fullness of what it means to be human. Not only do I get to sit with people as they cope through painful and challenging moments, but also I am able to celebrate in moments of deep joy and pleasure. I strive to create a space that is compassionate, caring, warm, and non-judgmental, and I aim to meet you wherever you are in your journey. Through this, I remain humbled by the stories and experiences that clients bring to the room. I believe in the power of therapy. I believe in the power of curiosity and connection. I believe in YOU! Over the past 10 years, I have trained in a variety of settings – including outpatient clinics, community mental health centers, hospitals, and schools – and with people of all ages. My diverse clinical background allows me to take an integrative approach to therapy, meaning our work together is always tailored to you and your needs.
