Hi! I am licensed Marriage and Family Therapist is CA and TN and a Doctor of Psychology. I attended Loma Linda University and Argosy Inland Empire, both in CA. I am specialized in working with military, veterans and first responders as well as civilians with trauma histories that get in the way of daily functioning. I am passionate about marriage, families and mental health. Our first session really takes a deep dive into history, past medications, prior therapy and reasons that brought you to the session. We also discuss some things about what you are hoping to get out of our time together and ways we can understand each other. Some clients like a direct approach, other more gentle.
