Life is a journey. At any moment, we can face struggles in our relationships, work, health and wellbeing; or witness these struggles in loved ones. During such times, we may feel unequipped, lost, and alone. I work with individuals - adolescents and adults - struggling with issues of adjustment, anxiety, depression, grief, health, identity, relationships, trauma, and work-school/life balance. Additionally, I help diverse clients navigate issues related to intersectionality, culture-shock, and identity.
