As a licensed clinical psychologist, I work with adults providing both individual and couples therapy, in addition to the military and their family members. I have extensive training in treating anxiety, depression, marital/relationship issues, addiction, eating disorders, grief and loss, and trauma. I also provide therapy for those making stressful life transitions, seeking a more balanced lifestyle, perfectionistic tendencies, self-confidence, and greater self-awareness. Together, we can examine how your thoughts and emotions are impacting your daily life in either helpful or unhelpful ways while modifying behavioral patterns.
