As a Caribbean woman, I made a choice to become a mental health counselor and a family therapist in order to help individuals and families on their journey toward emotional and mental wellness. With almost 2 decades of experience providing psychotherapy, I’ve had the privilege of working with a diverse range of clients facing psychological challenges.
