Dr. Uzhansky holds a Doctorate in Social Work (DSW) from Long Island University and maintains clinical licenses in both New Jersey and New York. He is also licensed in New Jersey as a Clinical Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LCADC). He trained under Mordechai Weinberger, LCSW, of The Serenity Center and brings a broad, integrative clinical approach to his work. Dr. Uzhansky is proficient in CBT, DBT, and IFS, and incorporates select holistic and emerging methodologies to support meaningful, lasting change. Central to his practice is the integration of Torah values and perspective alongside evidence-based clinical care.
