Life can feel especially heavy when you're dealing with addiction, anxiety, depression, mood dysregulation, or relationship struggles. I am here to help so you are not on your own. I want to help you make sense of what you’re going through and work toward real, meaningful change. I specialize in addiction and dual diagnosis, depression, anxiety, mood dysregulation, stress, and life transitions. I often take a non–12-step approach to substance use, helping you explore the deeper reasons behind it, but I always honor what works best for you.
