I work well with clients who struggle with identity, belonging, and adjusting to transitions or life events. You may feel different from others and misunderstood. Many of us struggle with speaking about their emotions and trusting others. I am here to guide you to your own path and living an authentic life. I work with clients of all types and ages, including neurodiverse, eating disorders, LGBTQ, anxiety, depression, parents, and those with learning difficulties. Through the therapeutic relationship, we identify strengths and barriers in your life by setting healthy boundaries to increase independence.
