Each person is an individual and needs to have their treatment tailored to their individual needs. There is no such thing as "one-size-fits-all" therapy. Years of experience have made me an expert in both individual and relationship counseling. For me, the ideal client is motivated towards change and who will work just as hard between sessions as during them, who will explore the past and its effect on now and the future, and who will take what is learned in sessions and apply it to everyday life.
