I am Susan Cardillo-Cunningham, LCSW and founder of Supporting Courageous Change. I specialize in working with adolescents and adults struggling with depression, anxiety, and other mental health concerns. Grounded in systems theory, I work with each individual to explore their life domains to identify the sources of anxiety, worry, hopelessness and develop coping skills to increase self-esteem, confidence and overall emotional health.
