I help individuals who feel overwhelmed, stuck, or weighed down by anxiety, depression, substance use, grief, relationship struggles, or life transitions like postpartum changes. I also have experience working with service members, veterans, and their families. Many of my clients are seeking real relief—from intrusive thoughts, emotional heaviness, or patterns that no longer serve them. They want to feel more grounded, present, and connected in their lives. I offer a supportive, nonjudgmental space along with practical, effective tools to help you heal and move forward. For more than 15 years, I’ve had the privilege of helping adults work through life’s challenges. I am a Master-Certified provider of Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), a gentle and effective method for relieving distress. I offer in-person therapy in the Pali Palms building in Kailua, Hawai‘i, and accept several insurance plans.
