I am a cross-cultural, neurodivergent, creative arts therapist who has been in practice for 20 years. I have a master’s degree in mental health counseling and a doctorate degree in somatic depth psychology. I am licensed in both Utah and New Mexico, and I welcome all ages and backgrounds to desire to explore their inner selves and find healing. I work with individuals, children, families and couples. I provide individual, couples and family counseling services using a somatics, expressive arts, and Jungian frame and specialize in neurodiversity, chronic pain, and trauma. I hold certifications in EMDR and pain reprocessing therapy, and am a certified autistic spectrum disorder clinical specialist.
