As a therapist for over 25 years I use attachment theory, relational psychodynamic, inquiry and somatic tools. I love witnessing people transform. My desire is to support your transition from where you are now to where you want to be. We will explore your understanding, beliefs, childhood patterns, body sensations, and more to see what is keeping you from your deepest Self/life. I provide a supportive, nonjudgmental, directive and loving environment that promotes safety, connection, and healing.
