As a psychologist with over 25 years of experience, I work collaboratively with clients and provide a nonjudgmental and nurturing space for clients to explore their challenges and overcome their struggles. I aim to assist my clients in learning skills and strategies that they can use to increase happiness and fulfillment in their lives. I am dedicated to identifying, understanding and treating the core issues that impact clients and lead to depression, anxiety and relationship dissatisfaction. I utilize trauma informed treatments to help clients cope with difficult past experiences and work toward healthier futures.
