Taylor is a queer, biracial (Japanese/American), psychotherapist. She received graduate clinical training at Northwestern University, Yale University, and the University of Southern California. In the therapy room, she integrates psychodynamic therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, relational, and emotion-focused therapy while exploring both the individual and how the system at large plays into the narratives we carry.
