We all want to be happy and feel hopeful about the future, but sometimes life's stressors can make it quite challenging. Therapy can help. I work with clients to teach them healthy coping and how to change their perspective. A new way of thinking can truly make a significant impact on how a person feels. I am trained in EMDR therapy, a powerful treatment for trauma and PTSD. I believe in getting to the root of the issue and EMDR therapy can do just that. I recently completed my doctorate in psychology with a specialization in Trauma and Disaster Relief from National University and I have over 12 years' experience providing therapy.
