I specialize in holistic mental health and wellness, meaning I support clients in caring for their whole selves. I work with individuals across the lifespan, including children, youth, and adults, to promote well-being, growth, and development. While I have specialized experience in maternal and women’s mental health, I also support men, children, couples, and families navigating life transitions, identity development, relationships, and everyday life challenges. I am a licensed clinical social worker in the state of Michigan, a Doctor of Social Work, and a Certified Lactation Counselor. In our first session, we'll start with brief introductions and learn more about who you are and what brought you to therapy. This will help us create a tailored plan to work through in follow-up sessions.
