We assist you by giving you the tools and resources that are needed to strengthen your mindset daily, allowing you to increase your confidence in yourself and your abilities to take control of your life and make the best decisions possible for your overall health and well-being. I treat individuals navigating addiction, sex therapy, anxiety, depression, narcissistic abuse, domestic violence, low self-esteem, anger, racial and gender issues, codependency, relationship and marital conflict, divorce, and other life stressors. We also specialize in trauma recovery and offer EMDR therapy.
