I am a licensed Psychologist with over 25 years of diverse clinical experience. I provide Telehealth counseling for WOMEN of all ages to assist them in navigating difficult times and challenging emotions. We will work together in a safe, non-judgmental space to help you manage difficulties such as grief, depression, anxiety, life transitions, and aging/caregiving. I am a mother, grandmother, and past caregiver to an elderly parent. I have lived through transitions, grief, and significant loss. My experiences have led me to be a compassionate and relatable provider who brings experience and understanding to my therapy practice.
