Because each client and situation is unique, I've learned what it takes to help clients thrive. Using goal-oriented psychotherapy, I offer a prescriptive combination of strategies based on preference. By gaining insight into emotional and behavioral responses and applying best-fit coping skills, my clients get the relief they need to not just move through the challenges, but beyond them.
