Many of the individuals I work with have experienced traumatic or adverse events that continue to affect their relationships, sense of self, and emotional well-being. My specialty includes treating trauma and PTSD, survivors of narcissistic or psychopathic abuse, and adult children of emotionally immature parents and of course, treatment of depression and anxiety. I also work with women navigating emotional and cognitive changes related to perimenopause and menopause. As a Certified Mental Health & Nutrition Clinical Specialist (CMNCS) with over 20 years of experience in fitness and nutrition I offer a holistic approach to healing.
