I am a dedicated Registered Psychology Associate with over 7 years of experience helping individuals navigate life’s challenges, with a strong foundation in psychological theory and clinical practice. I specialize in working with diverse populations, including youth and adults, providing comprehensive psychological assessments and tailored therapeutic interventions. I have spent much of my background working in forensic settings, providing therapeutic and evaluative services to pre-adjudicated juveniles and adult offenders who are often found incompetent to stand trial. I have developed expertise in various treatment modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Psychodynamic Therapy, Problem-Solution-Focused Therapy, and mindfulness-based approaches.
