My name is Dr. Victoria Monte and I am a licensed psychologist based in Colorado. I am PSYPACT approved, allowing me to offer telepsychology services across 43 states. I earned my MA from Columbia University and PhD from New York University. I have extensive experience treating anxiety, stress, and depressive disorders in adolescents and adults. I have a clinical focus in health psychology and a passion for helping individuals work through a range of issues including sleep disorders, tobacco cessation, weight management, coping with chronic illness, caregiver stress, and chronic pain.
