I specialize in providing research-based treatment to adults with a range of struggles, including trauma/post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), eating disorders, obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD), substance use disorders, and anxiety disorders. In order to help individuals reach their treatment goals, I use evidence-based interventions and measure progress using brief assessments.
